We offer returns on all saddles and tack if they fit your horse or child poorly. There is no risk to ordering! We do NOT refund shipping costs. Return label must be used within 14 days unless a longer time frame is agreed upon during time of order (i.e. ordering for a birthday or future holiday that may be longer than 2 weeks away).

We offer exchanges only on our boots.
